Carlo has extensive experience in U.S. immigration and nationality law. During law school, he interned at an immigration law firm in Glendale California and prior to opening his own law practice, he worked for over 8 years at a boutique immigration law firm in Orange County, California where he gained solid and hands-on experience in employment and family based immigration. He has assisted several domestic and multinational companies obtain approvals for PERM labor certification applications and I-140 immigrant petitions, H1B petitions, L1 petitions for multinational and intracompany managers, executives or specialized knowledge employees, treaty investor and treaty trader visas and many other non-immigrant and immigrant employment based petitions. He has helped several nurses, physical and occupational therapists, medical technologists, and other health care workers as well as accountants, computer professionals, engineers, and other professionals secure non-immigrant working visas and green cards. Carlo also has a wide-range of experience in family petitions, spouse and fiancé petitions, student visas, adjustment of status applications, consular processing, immigration appeals, naturalization applications and other immigration petitions and applications. He has accompanied clients to USCIS interviews and has assisted clients in removal proceedings before immigration courts.

Carlo understands the difficulties and frustrations that oftentimes accompany the immigration process so he ensures that every client is provided with personalized attention and diligent representation in order that they may achieve their immigration goals and aspirations.
